Can I buy a gift card for someone?

Of course! When you click on a tour page, there is an option that asks "Are you purchasing this as a gift?" Simply tick the box and fill out the details and a gift card will be sent via email.


How long does each tour go for?

You can find this information on each tour page in the 'What's Included' section.


What happens if it rains?

Don't forget your umbrella! Unless there is an extreme weather event, Tip Top Tours will continue to run the tours. Any cancellations due to extreme weather events will include a full refund.


What happens if it's really hot and over 41 degrees celcius?

This seems a bit too hot to run a tour. Tours are cancelled when the temperatures are predicted to be over 41 degrees Celsius. We will cancel the tour 48 hours prior to the tour date and will contact you to make you aware of any changes. Any cancellations due to extreme weather events will include a full refund.


How many samples do I get at each venue?

Do the tours cater for customers who have gluten intolerance or are on a vegan diet?

Unfortunately, we can't cater to vegans and customers that require gluten-free products.


Is there wheelchair or pram access?

Although these are walking tours, we can cater to pram and wheelchair access at our venues for the Charming Chocolate Tour and the Delicious Dessert Tour. Please contact us at info@tiptoptours.com.au if you have any further questions.
